Aircraft Lost Beneath the Great Lakes

Disasters on the Great Lakes are usually
associated with the ships that sailed on them,
however, those that flew over them have also
tragic ends.  Some were from known causes while
for others the cause remains a mystery.  In some
cases the wreckage was found, in others it was lost
perhaps forever beneath the waves.  In his latest book Great
Lakes author Wayne Kadar provides a survey of military, private
and commercial aircraft lost in the lakes from the early days of
flight to moderm times.
